spent many years leading the development of product and business plans for multi-million pound programmes in the motor industry. He has worked closely with and understands all of the disciplines that go to make up a major company. He has extensive experienced in facilitating business reviews, technical working parties and ad-hoc problem resolution meetings. He is a previous product strategy manager for MG sports cars, a qualified business trainer and a member of the voluntary business mentor schemes for the Prince's Trust and for Midwest Rural Enterprise. He is also a Business Partnership Lead Practitioner

Andy worked in business and product planning before moving into marketing. His company

Hilary

had many years experience in engineering and manufacturing management. He is a motorsports enthusiast and was Director of MG Sport & Racing before co-founding
