David spent many years leading the development of product and business plans for multi-million pound programmes in the motor industry. He has worked closely with and understands all of the disciplines that go to make up a major company. He has extensive experienced in facilitating business reviews, technical working parties and ad-hoc problem resolution meetings. He is a previous product strategy manager for MG sports cars, a qualified business trainer and a member of the voluntary business mentor schemes for the Prince's Trust and for Midwest Rural Enterprise. He is also a Business Partnership Lead Practitioner TM supporting the Specialist Schools and Academies Trust's S'EEN programme to develop an enterprise agenda in schools.
Andy worked in business and product planning before moving into marketing. His company , FiRST Marketing provides a range of services including business strategy, affinity marketing and customer insight for clients in manufacturing, retail and B2B sectors.
Breandan was creative director of leading Irish advertising agencies before setting up Company of Words to provide copywriting and communication services in a wide range of sectors. He writes the Stray Thoughts column in the Irish Marketing magazine. He is based in Dublin but makes regular forays to the UK.
Charles' corporate senior management responsibilities included the project co-ordination of major product launches. Since then he has developed online marketing specialists, Rapson Advertising , to provide complete solutions for organisations looking to increase their online presence. Rapson Advertising operates www.CarHunt.co.uk.
Hilary has a background in the National Health Service - she is a qualified radiographer - and also in special needs education. Having trained at the internationally recognised Chapterhouse, she is now a freelance proofreader as well as being the office manager for David Wike Business Development.
Kim had many years experience in engineering and manufacturing management. He is a motorsports enthusiast and was Director of MG Sport & Racing before co-founding Full Throttle Racing which sells performance parts and accessories for cars.
Trevor held a variety of senior management posts in the NHS before setting up Simplicity is the Key to run team development, communication and customer care workshops. He is the author of a number of books on management and leadership topics.
