If you strive to improve your business, our 'Towards the Perfect Business' Workshop is for YOU!
It is designed for owners, directors and influential managers in small and medium sized organisations.
.
We understand that we will never achieve the 'perfect business'. But what we can do is set a course that will lead us in the direction of perfection. We tackle the challenge in stages:
- establishing what makes a 'perfect business'
- analysing the gap between our current business and 'perfection'
- determining the actions or changes we will require to achieve 'perfection'
- understanding how we may achieve the required actions i.e. develop an action plan
- considering how we will measure the impact and benefits of the changes
The first essential is to know where we are heading, so we devote some time to considering what would make that elusive perfect business. We then take a look at our current business status and analyse the gap from there to 'perfection'. In road map terms this tells us where we are now and where we are heading, so we can then plot our route.
.
Our route planning is divided into two sections. Firstly we determine what actions are required and then we take a look at how we might implement them. Of course, changes bring their own problems, so we will look at ways to address the issues and even turn them to our advantage.
.
Having decided on our 'action plan' we then consider how we will assess the impact of the changes and the benefits that they will bring to the business.
.
It is recognised that certain business issues may be sensitive, but as far as possible we would encourage openness. After all, your fellow Workshop participants may well be in a position to help or offer advice based on their own experiences. We will endeavour to avoid having delegates from directly competing businesses at the same Workshop.
.
Throughout the Workshop we will emphasise our belief in the importance of good communications and will facilitate this between Workshop members, as effective networking is a vital business tool.
.
Note:
'Towards the Perfect Business' would work equally well as an in-house Workshop for businesses looking to improve their performance through staff involvement. Please contact David Wike to discuss this option.
